Histopathological analysis showed normal prostate architecture in all control animals (100%, 5/5), while all treated rats (100%, 15/15; p &lt; 0.001) developed benign prostatic hyperplasia. Specific lesions in Group B included stromal fatty adhesion (73.3%, 11/15; p = 0.007) and intra-glandular bleeding (40%, 6/15; p = 0.028).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
